ANTIGONE21 (voice low, intense)

The purge script is still running. Polynices94 is nearly gone - profiles, voiceprints, his entire thread. Just gone. We’ve got one chance to pull him from the Archive Cache.

ISMENE21 (glancing at the blinking door sensor)

You want me to break into the Vault with you? That’s Level 3 lockdown. A straight trace. A real erasure. You know what happened to the last Reclaimer.

ANTIGONE21 (holding up her cracked phone; the image of Polynices94 glitching on the screen)

He tried to stop the tag fights, not start them. But because Creon.exe didn’t like how, he flagged him as a virus. There’s no way of knowing where Polynices is right now. Probably in some corner of the ragtag lands struggling for survival. Now no one can even say his name without the feed muting.

ISMENE21 (hushed, panicked)

Exactly. They’ll mute you. They’ll zero you, Annie. I love him too, but we’re not CODE ZEUS. We’re users. Fragile, replaceable users.

ANTIGONE21 (defiant, standing)

Then I won’t be replaceable. Let them come. I’ll breach the firewall, I’ll post the photo again, I’ll tag him a hundred times. #RememberPolynices. He deserves more than a system shutdown.

CHORUS_BOTS (interrupting, layered voices rising and falling)

ANTIGONE21 (quiet, with slight contempt)

Go home. Keep your head down. Memorize the silence like a good citizen.

(She grabs her bag, slides the tablet into it, and walks toward a back panel marked "DANGER: STATE VAULT NODE." It buzzes faintly, locked but weakening.)

ISMENE21 (staring after her)

ANTIGONE21 (Looking back)

Too late. I already started the upload.
